Do not ever shop at Sureel. Some of the sales associates at the boutique can be very rude and racist. I have never been treated so rudely based on the color of my skin.

They were very rude of from the very get-go. The salesman cursed me repeatedly out because I wanted to refund an item. I understand they have a "no refund policy"now, but at the time I wasn't aware.

Also keep in mind that the only way you will know they had a "no return policy" is if you noticed the small napkin duct taped on their counter top that says "no refunds". The owner of the company was suppose to contact to hear my complaint on the issue but due to how unprofessional they are this never happen.

If you care about the seattle hip hop community you will not visit this store.

If you are looking for a great boutique shop with "refunds" and great costumer service go to Platinum in Tukwila or Tacoma.

P.S Sureel deleted my post from yelp those cowards do not want to hear the truth but now its out there. That was I get for shopping in a yuppie ass Kirkland Boutique.
